By participating in the Carib Brewery Easter “Enter-to-Win” Promotion, you agree to and accept the following Terms & Conditions:

1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Carib Brewery Easter “Enter-to-Win” Promotion (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”) will begin on March 1, 2026, and end on April 12, 2026 (“the Promotion Period”).
2. ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open to all legal residents of Trinidad & Tobago who are eighteen (18) years of age and older. Employees of Carib Brewery Limited (Carib Brewery Limited), its affiliate agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this competition.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
   
   1. Purchase any six (6) bottles or cans of Shandy Carib, Smalta, Vitamalt, Carib Malta, or Ginseng Up from any participating supermarket or convenience/gas station outlet nationwide.
   2. Visit the official contest website at caribbrewerypromos.com.
   3. Complete the official entry form with your full name, a valid contact number, and email address.
   4. Upload a clear, legible photograph of the full receipt. The receipt must clearly show the date of purchase (which must be within the Promotion Period) and the qualifying purchase of six bottles or cans of Shandy Carib, Smalta, Vitamalt, Carib Malta, or Ginseng Up
   5. Each unique receipt is valid for one (1) entry only. Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry is accompanied by a unique receipt.

PRIZES: * Entrants stand a chance to win:

• Grand Prize: A Disney Cruise Vacation Package (includes flights, cruise fare and per diem).
• Weekly Prizes to be announced weekly throughout the Promotion Period.

PRIZES & WINNER SELECTION:

1. All weekly winners will be selected by a random electronic draw from the pool of all valid entries received via the official contest website. Winners will be selected every Monday on:
   • 16th March, 2026
   • 23rd March, 2026
   • 30th March, 2026
   • 6th April, 2026
   • 13th April, 2026
2. Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded a Disney Cruise Vacation Package and drawn on April 15, 2026. This prize includes:
   • Round-trip flights for the winner and 3 guests (total of 4 persons)
   • A Disney Cruise
   • Specific travel dates and booking conditions apply.
3. Weekly Prizes:
   
   • Complimentary Product/Merchandise: Branded Smalta, Vitamalt, Shandy Carib, and Ginseng merchandize
4. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted by the official of Carib Brewery’s Call Centre via the telephone number or email address provided at the time of entry.
5. Redemption: Winners must present a valid form of national identification (ID Card, Driver’s Permit, or Passport) and the original physical receipt (if requested) to claim their prize. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
   
   • Participants acknowledge that compliance with these Official Rules is a necessary precondition for any prize to be awarded. Participants who have not complied with these rules are subject to disqualification
   • Travel Requirements: For the Disney Cruise Vacation Grand Prize, the winner and all accompanying party members (family) must possess a valid United States B1/B2 Visa at the time of the draw. Carib Brewery is not responsible for the procurement, cost, or denial of travel visas. If a selected winner cannot meet these travel requirements, Carib Brewery reserves the right to select an alternate winner
   • Carib Brewery Limited reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time if fraud, technical failures, or causes beyond the control of Carib Brewery Limited corrupt the administration or security of the Promotion. In such cases, participants will be notified via the official website and social media pages
   • This Promotion is open to all legal residents of Trinidad & Tobago who are eighteen (18) years of age and older. Employees of Carib Brewery Limited (Carib Brewery Limited), its affiliate agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this competition.
   • Carib Brewery Limited is not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable networks, technical malfunctions, or the incorrect capture of entry information.
   • Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws. Participants engaging in such activities will be disqualified and forfeit any prizes, with Carib Brewery Limited reserving the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law
   • In the event of any conflict between these Rules and details contained in other promotional materials (point of sale, radio scripts, digital ads), the details set forth in these Rules shall prevail
   • All participants agree to take part in any promotional or publicity activities requested by Carib Brewery Limited and consent to the use of their names and likenesses in media without compensation
   • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta, Disney cruise, or any other third-party social media platform. Participants understand they are providing information to Carib Brewery Limited
   • Carib Brewery Limited reserves all rights in the management of this Promotion.
